DESCRIPTION
The VERSALOK anchor is a two-part implant,
consisting of a titanium pin and a polymer sleeve,
designed to secure soft tissue to bone. When used
in conjunction with #2 suture and the delivery
instrumentation, the implant provides a means of
firmly reattaching soft tissue to bone. The implant is
supplied sterile ready to use.
The gun is a reusable instrument used to aide in the
tensioning of the suture and the deployment of the
anchor into bone. See IFU 108410 for cleaning and
sterilization instructions for the instrument.
