3.1 Check at least once a day.
3.2 The inspection cycle should be shortened correspondingly in areas where humidity is hot and temperature changes frequently,
or where conditions are hard.
3.3 Checked in time before the rainy season.
3.4 The periodic inspection items of the tool must also measure the insulation resistance of the tool. The insulation resistance shall
not be less than the value specified in Table 1.
Insulation resistance should be measured using 500V megabytes.

3.5 a qualified tool shall be pasted the "qualified" label at the appropriate part of the tool. The "qualified" logo should be clear, clear
and correct, and should include at least:
a)tool number
b)the name or mark of the unit
c)the name or mark of the inspector
d)valid date
4) Long term idle tools, insulation resistance must be measured before use. If the insulation resistance is less than the value specified
in Table 1, the drying process must be carried out before before it is checked and qualified.
5 ) When the tools find insulation damage, failure of power line brokers, protective grounding wire(PE)falling off, plug and socket
opening or damage to safe mechanical damage, repair should be carried out immediately, and it shall not be used before repair.
6) The maintenance of the tool must be carried out by the maintenance unit approved by the original production unit.
7 ) The use unit and maintenance department may not modify the original design parameters of the tool arbitrarily, and shall not use
substitutes and parts which are not in conformity with the original specifications.
8) During maintenance, the insulation lining and bushing in the tool must not be arbitrarily removed or missed. The power supply line
of the tool must not be changed at will.
9) After the electrical insulation part of the tool has been repaired, the dielectric strength test must be carried out according to the
requirements of Table 2.
