1. INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
ALL LOCAL REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE ONES ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL OR
EUROPEAN NORMS MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED WHEN PROCEEDING TO INSTALL THE
FIREPLACE.
1.1. Mono-block fire. It is a fireplace with stainless steel panels which has a deflexed panel,
dissembled smoke connection and 2 framework pieces with four sides, evolving convector
outdoor chamber and eight smoke outlets at the top part.
1.2. Freight
. In order to facilitate its mobility and installation, two rings on the upper part
(1-2)
have been provided in case of crane-pick up transportation.
1.3. Fireplace disassembly
be disassembled into two parts: kit guillotine door and fire case. To do so, remove both screws
from the protection and take it off.
Then, remove M6X20 screws (11 in total). In the first place the 9 which fix the door onto the
central panel (fireplace)
Once the screws have been removed, both panels will be freed and can be separated (7).
Repeat the same with the other lateral panel.
Warning: when putting both pieces together again, take into account that the connection
must be perfectly placed.
1.4. Blockage off and door check
mechanism of guillotine opening so it works properly. In some occasions, due to freight, some
failures can be caused: collocation, incorrect level, dilatations, counterweight onto the door so it
gets unlevelled etc. To balance it again, remove front framework, and add or subtract weight (3
mm plates). Once the door is rebalanced, put the panel back and the door will work properly.
Repeat with the second door again.
