Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents to
clean the appliance. Ensure that no moisture gets
inside the appliance.
• The appliance must be powered exclusively by 1 LR6
battery (9 V block). It must not be operated on a dif-
ferent voltage, with other types of battery or a diffe-
rent source of energy.
• Before measuring resistance, capacitance, continuity
or diodes, switch off the current in the circuit and di-
scharge all capacitors.
• Check the appliance's internal fuse before measuring
current . Before connecting the measuring instrument
to a circuit, the current in the circuit must be switched
off.

• It must be checked before any voltage measurement
that the measuring instrument is not set to a current
measurement range.
• The measuring tips must be removed from the object
to be measured each time before changing the mea-
surement range.
