To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool

Turn off the circuit-breaker to disconnect it

from the electrical mains.
Clean the hob thoroughly with a sponge and

normal detergents, rinse with plenty of water
and dry.
Important
Do not spray water onto the plates when still
hot as this can damage them.
From time to time, after cleaning the hob, ap-

ply a small amount of linseed oil or a similar
product.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.

Remove air fi lters, located under the appliance,

and clean them with asuitable de-greaser. We
recommend washing them in the dishwasher..
