CALIBRATION
This mode is dedicated to calibrating the speed of motorized reels. The purpose of the calibration is to compensate for variations in the reel speed
in order to adjust the displayed voltage measurement and to refine the energy calculation. The procedure once launched is explained with an
animation on the screen.
This mode is also dedicated to the calibration of welding accessories such as torch, cable + electrode holder and cable + ground clamp. The
purpose of the calibration is to compensate for variations in accessory lengths in order to adjust the displayed voltage measurement and refine the
energy calculation. The procedure once launched is explained with an animation on the screen.
PORTABILITY
This feature allows you to save the welding configuration of the machine.
It also allows you to load a recovered configuration on another machine and inject it into another.
Import Config. : Importing a USB key or «USER» configurations and its JOBS.
Export Config. : export to a USB key of the current «USER» configuration and its JOBS in the USB directory
JOB import: import of JOBS present under the USB directory Portability of a USB key.
JOB export: export of JOBS to a USB key according to the processes, in the USB\Portability directory.
TRACEABILITY
This welding management interface allows you to trace/record all the steps of the welding operation, bead by bead, during industrial manufactu-
ring.
This qualitative approach ensures a post-production welding quality that allows the analysis, evaluation, reporting and documentation of the
recorded welding parameters. This feature complies with EN 3834.
This mode allows the recording of weld seams and the recovery of this data via an export to a USB stick. These data will be processed in.CSV
format.
When «Start» is started in this mode, a working session is created and all welding will be recorded under it, named and time-stamped.
The «Explore» function allows you to access the list of created work sessions, sort them and also delete them. The pictogram shows the details of
each session with the following information: sampling frequency, number of beads recorded, total welding time, welding energy supplied, configura-
tion of each bead (process, time stamp, welding time and welding U-I).
The recovery of this information is done by exporting the data to a USB key.
