Description of the issue
After switching the battery
on, the engine does not
provide pedal assistance.
Battery life is shorter (note:
battery
performance
directly influenced by user
weight, baggage, wind force,
type of road and constant
braking).
After connecting the charger,
the charging LEDs do not
light up.
Possible causes
1)
the
engine
(waterproof connection joint)
is loose,
2) the brake lever is not
correctly returned to the
normal position, which forces
the switch off,
3) the battery fuse is blown,
4) the speed sensor is too far
away.
5) the connection between
the sensor and the controller
is not established or has a
faulty contact.
