• FALL HAZARD: Child's activity can move carrier. NEVER place carrier on
counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surfaces.
• ALWAYS USE the complete and buckled ve-point Harness around your
child.
• ALWAYS KEEP your child properly secured in the Harness, even when using
the carrier outside of the vehicle.
• FALL HAZARD: NEVER place Infant Carrier on counter tops, tables, or other
elevated surfaces. A child's movements can slide the Infant Carrier, and
child and carrier may fall.
• NEVER PLACE Infant Carrier on top of a shopping cart.
• MAKE SURE the handle is LOCKED in the Carry Position before lifting Infant
Carrier by the handle. An unlocked handle could move unexpectedly,
causing child to fall.
• ONLY USE Infant Carrier with strollers that are approved by the

• ALWAYS LOCK an unoccupied vehicle. Children can get into vehicle and
accidentally lock themselves in, resulting in DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY by
hyperthermia.
