Replacement of reduction bushings:
Disconnect the machine from the electrical mains. Lift the front cover and move the adjustment pallet
(Figure 4 _ Chap. 7) to the outside by using the lever in Figure 3.
Loosen the two knobs that hold the cone (Figure 4 _ Chap. 7) and turn enough to extract it.
Follow the directions listed below for replacement of the reduction bushing:
At this point, replace the cone into the seat, removing any excess dough, and tighten the two knobs to
secure it (Figure 4 _ Cap 7).
Lift the front cover and move the adjustment pallet (Figure 3).
Make sure that the front cover is closed properly so as to trigger the safety microswitch, otherwise the
machine is not operated.
