PROBLEMS
Some possible problems which may arise while using the lift are listed here below. Ravaglioli declines all responsibility for damages to people,
animals and objects caused by unauthorized staff. Moreover, if faults occur you are advised to contact the technical service assistance to
receive advice and information on how to carry out work and/or adjustments in maximum safety conditions, thus avoiding the risk of causing
damages to people, animals and objects.
Turn the main switch to "0" and lock in case of emergency and/or maintenance to the lift (RAV 1400 A - RAV 1400 B).
Technical assistance is required. Intervention by others prohibited.
PROBLEM
Machine not working
Machine carries out rise
movement but not descent
Descent is extremely slow
The motor is working
properly but the lift does
not rise
The motor is working
properly but the rise speed is
extremely slow
The pump does not prime
The pump blocks
under load
The pump works properly
but the oil does not reach
proper pressure
The pump does not reach
the max. pressure
The pump reaches
proper pressure but the
load does not move
The piston moves without
pressing the "RELEASE"
pedal
Insufficient pump capacity
when max. pressure is reached

a) Insufficient air pressure.
b) Air filter dirty or clogged.
c) The tank has not been bled.
SOLUTION
a) Turn to position "I".
b) Replace used fuses.
If a fuse breaks again, find the
cause of the problem.
c) Check efficiency, components and
connections (push buttons, solenoid
starter, heat detector, transformer).

b) Clean filter.
c) Replace pump.
d) Restore valve seal.
a) Make sure compressed air is
delivered to the pump.
a) Make sure the pump feed pressure
(compressed air) is between 2.8 and 10 bar.
b) Clean or replace the air filter.
a) Check for oil leakage and repair,
if necessary.
b) Check for pump leakage and return
it to the Manufacturer for servicing.

if necessary.
a) Make sure the pump feed pressure
(compressed air) is between 2.8 and 10 bar.
b) Contact the Manufacturer.
c) Check for oil leakage and repair.
if necessary.
a) Reduce load.
b) Make sure tubes are not throttled
and cylinder is not damaged.
