Steamed Vegetables
You may use any vegetable for steaming. Be sure there is at least one cup of liquid in the pot
and place the vegetables on the provided rack Cut vegetables into large enough pieces that
they do not fall through the rack.
1. Add the provided "Rack" in the pot and place vegetables on top of the rack.
Close lid and lock setting Pressure Release Valve to the "down pressure" position. Turn the
pressure control to "Low"- Press the "Steamer" function button and then press start. When
the vegetables are finished the cooker will shut off automatically and go into a warming mode
– four dashes will appear on the front panel (----). Release the pressure using the silicone mitt,
turn the pressure release valve in the "up position", and when the release valve drops it is safe
to open the cooker.

Since various types of vegetables have different textures you may want to use the manual
"Timer" pressing the "+" or "-" to either increase or decrease the cooking time.
