Every 5 years of service
Maintenance must be carried out at regular intervals.
Use the «Regular Security Check» form and the «Maintenance Log» to archive regular and annual checks.
Make a copy of the SPOT LIFT EASY status report and attach it to the operating instructions.
Regular safety checks must be carried out by an authorised person. It is recommended to perform maintenance
simultaneously.
CHECK POINT AND LUBRICATION
• Grease or lubricate the chain with a suitable product.
• Grease the internal part of the column.
• Lubricate the wheel axles.
• Check that the individual screws are tightened correctly.

position. Unscrew the oil level gauge
located on top of the pump and
check that the level is between the
two lines. Top up if necessary. Use
only LUBRILOG L HV22 oil.
