Tips for decorating
with the single-hole nozzle
• Write on the plate with chocolate, leave
to dry.
• Rinse fresh leaves (e.g. bay leaves, rose
leaves), pat dry. Pipe chocolate onto the
underside of the leaves, leave in the fridge to
set. Carefully remove the leaves.
• Place raspberries on a plate with the
opening facing upwards. Fill the raspberries
with chocolate, leave in the fridge to set.
• Pipe chocolate in the shape of coffee spoons
onto baking parchment. Decorate each
chocolate spoon with a shelled almond,
leave in the fridge to set.

• Spread salty popcorn on baking parchment.
Pipe threads of chocolate over the popcorn,
leave to dry.
Tips for decorating

• Paint the chocolate in strips on the baking
parchment. Scatter with coconut flakes,
leave in the fridge to set.
• Pipe the chocolate in polka dots onto the
baking parchment. Put berries on top, leave
in the fridge to set.
• Rinse fresh leaves (e.g. bay leaves, rose
leaves), pat dry. Pipe chocolate onto the
underside of the leaves, leave in the fridge to
set. Carefully remove the leaves.
• Spread the biscuits with chocolate, cover
with a second biscuit, press down lightly,
leave to dry.
• Spread strips of chocolate onto the baking
parchment. Sprinkle with sugar, leave in the
fridge to set.
