NOTICE
• Keep the original packaging during the warranty
period of the product so that the product can be
properly packaged up if it needs to be returned. The
warranty claim shall lapse if any damage is caused
during transport.

Check the items supplied for completeness and transport
damage. If the teapot or one of its accessories should be
damaged, please do not use it (!) but contact our customer
service department instead.
Remove all packaging materials and any possible protective fi lms
used for protection during transportation.
Making Tea
Before you fi rst enjoy tea, you should clean the teapot
and the accessories to remove any possible production
residues. To do this, follow the instructions in the "Clean-
ing and Care" chapter.
