5 Pneumatic connection of miniature valves
Connect the pneumatic supply and exhaust tubing to the
following ports:
Basis block with ...
... 2/2-way valve, closed
... 3/2-way valve, closed
... 3/2-way valve, open
Please note
– If elbow screw connectors or multiple distributors are
used, the airflow will be reduced slightly.
S If necessary, place a suitable seal under each screw
connector or silencer in order to avoid leakage.
Please note
S Seal unused pneumatic connections with a blind
plug.
In this way, you can prevent dirt from entering the
pneumatic components and comply with protection
class IP40 in the case of size MH1, and with protection
class IP40 or IP65 in the case of size 2.
