The unit does not respond to DMX signals
1. Ensure that the LED indicator is switched on. If it is not, check the DMX connections,
cables and connections along the chain.
2. If there is no response, check the Dipswitch adjustment and DMX polarity.
3. If you encounter intermittent problems in the DMX signal, inspect the contacts on the
connection ports to look for the the fault, as well as the previous device in the chain.
4. Try to use another controller.
5. Make sure that cables that carry the DMX signal are not lying near high voltage
cables, these could cause interference with the signal or permanently damage the DMX
interface due to electrical induction.
There is no response to sound
1 Check that the unit is receiving DMX signal.
2. Check that the microphone of the unit is working, tapping the microphone with your
fingers.
