Brake Control Wiring Harness
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Note: This harness has been
designed for use with Valley
brake controls containing a
Direct Link™ harness conector
(Fig. 1). For all other brake
controls, use Valley harness part number 30400.
1. Read instructions
thoroughly before beginning.
2. Carefully remove the trim panel
under the dash below the steering
wheel (Fig. 2).
Note: Take care not to damage
the courtesy lamp wires
attached to the inside of the
trim panel.
3. Locate the vehicle's brake
control harness connector behind
the panel removed in step 2.
The connector will be taped to a harness near the
emergency brake pedal and cantains a connector that mates
with the one on the adapter (Fig. 3).
4. Connect the brake control wiring harness to the brake
control by plugging the mating connectors together. Ensure
