This manual is to be used in addition to the
installation manual for iCombi Pro /
iCombi Classic. Read the manual before
assembly. The manual is there to ensure
that you use the units safely and install
them properly.
The illustrations in this manual are ex-
amples only and may differ from the as-
sembly kit.
All information from the installation
manual for iCombi Pro / iCombi Classic
apply accordingly.

Safety
WARNING
Risk of burns from hot drain pipes
The pipes of the fat drain can become
very hot during the unit operation.
Do not touch the drain pipes during
n
operation.
If you do not use the integrated fat
n
drain, close the hopper in the
cooking chamber with the supplied
plug.

Incorrect installation of drain pipe
To prevent the fat from returning to the
unit, point the drain pipe so that it
gently slopes.
Leaking connections
To prevent leaking connections on the
ball valve, use a new Teflon tape to seal
the pipe sections when working on the
ball valve.

The integrated fat drain cannot be
retrofitted to standard units.
This assembly kit builds the integrated fat
drain for tabletop units.
The following assembly kit is available for
tabletop units:
