Installation
4.1 Preparing the base frame
Base frame with back panel:
Make a hole in the back panel of the base
frame [

1. Hang the retaining plate on the back of
the base frame on the edge of the
table.
2. Tighten the 2 screws on the retaining
plate.
4.2 Installing the integrated fat drain
Installing the ball valve and drain pipe
1. Seal the threads of the two pipe pieces
for the ball valve with Teflon tape

2. Install both parts of the bracket on the
ball valve with the pipe bracket and the
connection pipe [

3. Turn the pipe bracket so that it is at a
90° angle to the bracket.
4. Install the pipe seal on the pipe socket
in the rear panel of the unit

5. Plug the pipes into the rear panel of
the unit [

6. Insert the piping into the base frame

7. Slide the ball valve into the top rail of
the base frame [
8. Slide the piping into the pipe socket of
the ball valve [
9. Tighten the clamping screws on the
ball valve bracket [
10. Place the front fat collector canister in
front of the base frame and the rear fat
collector canister in the base frame

12]. The rear canister must
be positioned in the base frame in such
a way that the front fat collector canis-
ter can be placed in front of it after fur-
ther preparation.
11. Insert the drain pipe into the front fat
collector canister and into the pipe
bracket [

12. Turn the drain pipe so that the pin
locks in the pipe bracket

13. Slide the fat collector tray into the bot-
tom slot of the unit [
14. Insert the piping in the cooking cham-
ber into the fat collector tray

16]. Attach the sealing plug
to the hopper in the cooking chamber.
Opening/closing the hopper
1. Leave the hopper open in the cooking
chamber when using the integrated fat
drain.
