Never short-circuit the booster cable clamps!

If it can be assumed that safe operation is no

longer possible, the device must immediately
be put out of operation and secured against
inadvertent or unauthorised switching on. If
the device does not show any reaction, if it is
visibly damaged or has been damaged during
transport it can be assumed that operation of
the device is no longer safe.
Reverse connection causes short circuit!

Acid splashed on skin or clothing
should be removed immediately with
plenty of water! Seek medical
attention if required.
