7. Possible Malfunctions

Before contacting the customer service department or vendor check the troubleshooting
table below.
PROBLEM
Device is connected to
power supply but
primary control light
doesn't come on.
Device is connected to
power supply but fails
to heat up.
Uneven results from
cooking/baking.
When malfunction cannot be removed:
do not open the housing,

contact the customer service department or vendor and give the following
-
information:
type of malfunction;
article number and serial number
(read from the rating plate on the back wall of the device).
POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Improperly inserted plug.
• Main / time regulator
not set.
• Temperature regulator
not set.
• Damaged ventilator.
• Damaged temperature
regulator.
SOLUTIONS
• Remove and reinsert plug
properly.
• Set main / time regulator.
• Set temperature.
• Contact the sales agent.
• Contact the sales agent.
