AR
Use of device accessories
The Promed ACP device is supplied with an acupuncture tip,
an earphone and an external electrode with cable.
Acupuncture tip
The additional acupuncture tip (P) features a finer end piece with
a very narrow tip, permitting even more efficient stimulation of
the acupuncture point. This may be useful when detecting, finding
and stimulating points located very closely to each other, e.g. in
the ear. Simply attach the tip to the acupuncture tip (A) of the
device. Ensure a tight fit and contact with the device.
Earphone
The earphone (J) is plugged into the socket (I) for connection
with the Promed ACP device. Now the acoustic signal will only
be heard on the earphone.
External electrode with cable
Plug the external electrode (O) into the connection socket (L).
For individual therapy, tie the electrode around your own wrist
or arm; when treating another person, tie it around the person's
wrist or arm instead. Now you can hold the Promed ACP
device as you wish without the need to ensure contact with the
contact electrode or - when treating a partner - additionally
having to touch the other person. The closed circuit is ensured
by attaching the external electrode. This provides you with more
freedom during treatment.
