PLEASE NOTE
If necessary, you can improve contact with the external electrode
by slightly moistening the electrode prior to applying it to the
skin.
Only use the external electrode supplied with the device. As the
manufacturer, we do not assume any responsibility if you use
another electrode and this does not work, the device is damaged
or if this causes an uncomfortable sensation and/or injury during
application.

• Why does my device sometimes not report any
acupuncture points?
1. Individual treatment
Have you established
contact with the contact
electrode?
2. Application to partner
Have you closed the circuit by
touching your partner?
For treatment with external electrode
application: Is the electrode applied
correctly, i.e. fitting tightly and
securely on the grease-free skin?
Is the connection cable firmly
plugged into the connection socket?
