PROBLEM
The machine does not work
and the light of the ON/OFF
switch does not turn on
The light on the ON/OFF
switch is lit and the water
does not heat up
No coffee is dispensed
Loud noise coming from the
pump
The coffee is dispensed in

the boiler unit and the filter
holder
CAUSE
1. No power

SOLUTION
1. Switch the power back on.
2. Insert the plug correctly
into the power socket
