19. Clock starboard side exhaust manifold brass
connector A to the 4 O'Clock position.

20. Attach the heat exchanger outlet hose C
(PN 3860587) to the starboard side exhaust
manifold brass connector. Use a clamp
(PN 3863439) to secure the hose.
Using a 5/16 in. (8mm) socket, tighten screw to
26–32 in. lbs. (2.3–3.6 Nm).
21. Using a 1/4 in. (6.5mm) socket, remove fuel
coolant hose from bottom of fuel cell and attach
hose B (PN3860590). Cut to size if necessary.

22. Route hose B from bottom of fuel cell to heat
exchanger. Refer to picture #23498 on next
page for connection point at heat exchanger.
Use a clamp D (PN 3860413) to secure the
hose. Using a 1/4 in. (6.5mm) socket, tighten
the screw to 17–27 ft. lbs. (1.9–3.1 Nm).
