In the case of operating faults or simply if an obstacle has been detected, press "OK" to view the cause "Fxx". The meaning of the error messages is given
in the following table:
MEssAGE MEANING
Appears whenever an attempt is made to access the user interface while the gate is in motion.
0 (flashing) Wait until the automation stops
F01 Problem detected in the circuit that activates the motor
F02 Obstacle detected which has impeded the normal opening movement
F03 Obstacle detected which has impeded the normal closing movement
F04 Obstacle detected by the photocells
F05 A condition has occurred which has caused the gate to stop moving
F06 An obstacle has been detected by the STPA input
F07 Serious EEPROM error
F08 Problem on encoder, check wiring
F09 TIME OUT error. The maximum time for completing the normal movement (when opening or closing) has elapsed, repeat the travel
learning procedure.
F10 F2 fuse blown
Press [OK] to make the error message disappear.

BACK-UP BATTERY OPERATION

The equipment can operate even in the event of mains power failure by means of the back-up battery.
Certain functions are disabled or reduced to maximise the number of arm movements.
• the "AC" LED goes out
• the display indicates: for the first 10 seconds, the message "BATT" alternated with the voltage taken at the battery terminals. After 10 seconds the display
switches off. To show the voltage again press the [OK] button

the arm moves at a constant speed, which in the event of mains power failure is slower than the normal speed
•
if the mains power is restored while the arm is moving, the arm speeds up slightly due to the increase in voltage, then pauses for a moment.
The movement then resumes at a slower speed and always in the open condition. This enables the equipment to realign itself.
The next time the gates are closed they will move at normal speed.
When running on battery power, the following functions remain active:
• automatic reclosure
• flashing light: switches on briefly BEFORE the movement starts (opening and closing) and then remains off
• if an obstacle is detected, the movement stops. There is no reverse but the movement is slow, so a danger condition does not occur
However the following are deactivated:
• AUX output
• power to accessories (photocells etc) when the gate is stationary
• 2CAN output

Reduce sensitivity level of clutch.
Replace card Encoder (R311).
