4. Use and care of power tools

C. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INSTRUCTIONS
When unpacking the machine check carefully for damaged or
broken parts. If you find any damaged or faulty parts, replace with
original spare parts and contact our RUBI after -sales service.
Mounting the mixing head
1. The mixing head is supplied removed from the mixer. To mount
the head, screw and tighten the two parts that form it using the
22mm wrench supplied with the machine.
2. Screw the top of the mixing head with the output shaft (M14)
of Rubimix-7.
3. Tighten the fixed 22 mm wrench. hard to screw the mixing head ,
turning to the left and use the auxiliary key of 19 mm. in the output
shaft to fix the mixing head , rotating clockwise.
Preflight
4. Ensure that the voltage of the power supply match the voltage
and frequency indicated on the nameplate of the machine.
5. Machines can also be connected to 230V 210V / 240V. Machines
can be connected to 110V 100V / 120.
6. Use only mixing heads suggested in this manual with a maximum
diameter of 140 mm.

7. Before operating the machine enter the head in the product mix.
8. To start the machine first press the release button on the switch
and then press the power switch. Always work with the on/off
switch fully applied.
9. Regulation- Turn the switch located on the left side of the
machine to get the desired speed.
The speed depends on the material to be mixed and can be
determined by testing.
10. Depending on the consistency of the material and mixing
amount should determine the various mixing heads to be used.
If the product is a low viscosity mix use a mixing head with a left
hand helix. If instead product is a high viscosity mix, use a mixing
head propeller, clockwise.
11. Work at low speed at the beginning of mixing and increase
speed rotation as the mixture is gaining consistency.
12. Always hold the machine with both hands , up and down the
mixer to remove.
Move the machine across the container during the mixing process
to ensure an even finish.
Attention!
If while running the mixer it butts the container surface, this could
produce a strong kick .
13. Work the material until it has reached the proper degree of
mixture following the recommendations given by the manufacturer
of the materials.
The more viscous the material to be mixed , the greater the
strength of torque acting on the machine.
Career so that revolutions can not drop abruptly and reach stop
the machine.
