3. The "C-Shaped" Shoulder Pad
should rest lightly against the
patient and there should be no
compression of the Pad at this
time. This also helps in securing the
correct position of the pad on the
patient before proceeding to the
Trendelenburg position. (Figure 3).
4. Check the placement of the "C-
Shaped" Shoulder Pads and then
place the
Trendelenburg
(Figure 7).
