• Only an authorized technician with a certificate for electrical works may connect the device to the elec-
trical grid.
• The appliance should be connected to a 400V 50Hz three-phase socket equipped with a circuit breaker
In=30mA by means of a plug or directly to the power supply.
5. DEVICE OPERATION
Before turning the unit on, make sure that it is properly installed and that its technical condition is
safe for use.
Preparing for start:
• close the drain valve (9725500 Fig. 1 Pos. 4)(9725000, 9726000, 979250 Fig. 12 Pos. 1)
• connect the device to a power source
5.1. Electric fryer 9725500:
• The device should be operated by qualified personnel.
• Make sure the appliance is properly connected to the power source. Thermostat knob should be set to
"0" before starting work.
• Remove the lid and place the bracket on the bottom of the tank to cover the heaters
• Fill up the tank with fresh oil above the level of the heaters (the maximum capacity of the container is
15 liters)
• Secure the basket in the holder inside the work area.
• Set the temperature by turning the thermostat knob (Fig. 7, Pos. 4) clockwise and then cover the wor-
king area with the lid until the oil has warmed up (orange light is on to indicate that the heating process
has started, the green light is on throughout the work of the appliance, signaling the connection to the
power source (Fig. 7, Pos. 1,3).
• When the oil temperature reaches the preset value, the thermostat will automatically switch off the
power (the orange light goes out. When the oil temperature falls below the preset value, the thermostat
automatically turns on the power. The light will re-ignite when the appliance is in operation).
• Carefully place the food in the basket, cover the working area while frying by means of a lid (the lid helps
maintain cleanliness and oil temperature. Make sure the lid is dry when covering the oil tank.)
• In the event of overheating of the fryer heaters, the safety thermostat switches off; in that case, use the
„RESET" button located behind the cap (Fig. 8 Pos. 2) after the oil has cooled down.
• Remove the cover and then carefully remove the basket with prepared food from the appliance's wor-
king area (it is possible to fix the basket in the top handle to drain food of excess oil).
• When the whole process is complete, turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise to "0" and disconnect
the power supply (the green indicator light goes out).
At the end of the work, empty the oil tanks and clean the heaters. These operations should be carried out
with extreme caution. Remember to make sure that the grease is not hot. Hot grease may cause burns.
