3. Place ROTAPRO Console in its vertical orientation at desired height.
4. Secure clamp on console to IV pole.
5. Ensure ROTAPRO Console is secure and does not move.
Note: If horizontal orientation of the ROTAPRO Console is desired, reference the Shelf and
Console Mounting section.
Shelf and Console Mounting
Note: Use of the shelf is required to mount Rotablator Console or ROTAPRO Console in
its horizontal configuration; see Figure 2 for shelf installation instructions. The shelf is
contained in a separate box packaged with the cart.
Installing Shelf
1. Remove shelf from packaging and confirm that the pre-installed hook and loop strap is
placed through the two middle slots and two outer slots in shelf, as shown in Figure 2.
2. Loosen thumb screws approximately 1/2 in (1 cm) to allow the tabs on the shelf to slide
behind them.
3. Place shelf onto the cart.
4. Secure thumb screws until tight (no tools required).

Rotablator Console
1. Confirm that the pre-installed hook and loop strap is placed through the two middle slots
and two outer slots in shelf, as shown in Figure 2.
2. Position console so that feet sit in holes on shelf.
3. Secure hook and loop strap over the top of console.
4. Ensure console is secure.
ROTAPRO Console
1. Confirm that the pre-installed hook and loop strap is placed through the two middle slots
and two outer slots in shelf, as shown in Figure 2.
2. Position console in its horizontal orientation under hook and loop strap.
3. Secure hook and loop strap over the top of console.
4. Ensure console is secure.
How to Lock and Unlock Casters
1. Locks are provided on all casters.
2. To activate lock press down until it clicks.
3. To deactivate lock pull up until it clicks.
Disposal
To dispose of this device, take this device to a recovery and recycling designated collection
facility for proper treatment. Device should be safely disposed of in accordance with hospital,
administrative, and/or local government policy.
Post-Procedure
Any serious incident that occurs in relation to this device should be reported to the
manufacturer and relevant local regulatory authority.
Reprocessing Instructions
How to Clean
The ROTAGO Cart may be cleaned with mild, non-abrasive cleaning solutions commonly used
in the hospital environment. The cart should be cleaned regularly by wiping with a soft cloth
dampened with an appropriate cleaning solution. The cart is compatible with the following
cleaning solutions:

70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)

Bleach (0.5% to 1% Sodium Hypochlorite)

Pre-moistened germicidal wipes (i.e., CaviWipes
Quarterly Inspections
These inspections should be performed once per quarter.

Tighten thumb screws securing console shelf.

Ensure IV pole is secure by tightening compression clamp.

Check hook and loop straps for wear.
Note: If the cart fails during the quarterly inspection or if any visual damage or excessive
wear is observed during use, discontinue use of the cart and contact a Boston Scientific
representative.
