On pressing the > button, the child will hear a sound effect.
COUNT IT
Simply press any number to start this game (H, Diag. 1). The game name "Count it" will appear on the
display. From now on, every time the child presses a number, the computer will display the number and
count the objects one by one until it reaches the pressed number. A sound effect will then play inviting
the child to press another number.
WHAT DOESN'T FIT?
Press any shape to start the game (I, Diag. 1). The game name "What doesn't fit?" appears on the display
followed by 3 objects; the computer invites the child to find the object that has a different shape from
the others he can see. If he gets the answer right, a lively animation will appear on the display; if the child
doesn't answer or gets the answer wrong, he has 3 goes before the right answer is displayed and the game
moves on to the next question.
Level 3
CATCH THE LETTERS
Press any letter to start the game (G, Diag. 1). The game name "Catch the letters" appears on the display.
Lots of balloons with different letters on them float around the screen. The child has to press the letters
on the balloons to burst them (a confirmation sound effect will play) before they reach the top of the
display. Another sound effect will play if the child presses the wrong letter. The game lasts 60 seconds.
HOW MANY?
Press any number to start the game (H, Diag. 1). The game name "How many?" appears on the display. .
The computer displays a number of from 1 to 10 objects.
The child is asked to type the number of objects he sees on the screen. If he gets the answer right, a lively
animation will appear on the display; if the child doesn't answer or gets the answer wrong, he has 3 goes
before the right answer is displayed and the game goes back to level 3.
MEMORY
Press any shape to start the game (I, Diag. 1). The game name "Memory" appears on the display. The
computer shows the child a shape and invites him to press the same shape on the keyboard. If the child
gets it right, the computer will show the correct shape plus a new one. The child has to remember them
and press them in the right order for a maximum of 3 shapes. Lively animation on the screen notifies the
baby when the game is over.
If the child doesn't answer or gets the answer wrong, he has 3 goes before the right answer is displayed
and the game goes back to level 3.
Other activities
Note key _ press the note key (L, Diag. 1) to listen to a selection of tunes. This function can be activated
at all game levels. If the child presses any key (except the level keys) when the music is playing, he will
hear a sound effect.
Mouse _ simply move the mouse, that can be activated at all levels, to access the 3 games (causal se-
quence):
GAME 1 _ FLYING DUCK
When the child moves the mouse in the 4 different directions, the duck will fly in the corresponding
direction.
GAME 2 _ LABYRINTH
The child helps the duck reach the pond by moving the mouse in the right direction.
GAME 3 _ CUCKOO
When the child moves the mouse in the 4 different directions, he can have fun identifying all the farm
