Problem
Coffee only emerges
from the outlet in
drips.

ter 9.3 on page 38).
Run the cleaning programme (see
chapter 9.6 on page 40).
Descale the appliance (see chap-
ter 9.7 on page 41).
Fill the water tank and ensure it is
positioned correctly (see chap-
ter 4.6 on page 19).
Clean the brewing unit (see chap-
ter 9.3 on page 38).
Tap lightly on the bean container.
Clean the bean container.
Coffee beans too oily. Use different
coffee beans.
Move the "BEAN SELECT" slider to
the right or left.
Contact the hotline.
Check whether the handle for the
brewing unit locking mechanism is
correctly engaged (see chapter 9.3
on page 38).
Press and hold the "My Coffee" but-
ton. Also press the ON/OFF button.
The appliance initialises. Release
the buttons again.
Switch the appliance off and
on again (see chapter 4.1 on
page 13).
