only be achieved with the sealing ring [1-9] (# 154914):
■ Without sealing ring = flat spray fan pattern
■ With sealing ring = round spray fan pattern
Assembly
■ Coat the male thread of the air pipe module [1-1] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw air pipe modules [1-1] and [1-2] together and tighten up to the
limit.
■ Coat the male thread of the paint pipe module [1-4] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw paint pipe modules [1-3] and [1-4] together and tighten up to
the limit.
■ Coat the male thread of the paint needle module [1-6] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw paint needle modules [1-5] and [1-6] together and tighten up to
the limit.
Fitting on the spray gun
■ Screw paint pipe [1-10] into spray gun and tighten with universal span-
ner [1-14] .
■ Carefully push air pipe [1-13] over paint pipe.
■ Screw air pipe over connection piece [1-12] on spray gun and tighten.
■ Screw fluid tip [1-7] into paint pipe and tighten with universal spanner.
■ Screw air cap [1-8] onto air pipe and tighten.
■ Push paint needle [1-11] into spray gun as described in the operating
instructions for the air gun and mount accordingly.
Removing from the spray gun
■ Pull paint needle [1-11] out of spray gun as described in the operating
instructions for the air gun.
■ Unscrew the air pipe [1-13] over the connecting piece [1-11] of the
spray gun and remove carefully.
■ Unscrew the paint pipe [1-10] from the spray gun using the universal
spanner [1-14] and remove carefully.
5.2. Angular head nozzle (90°)
Assembly
■ Coat the male thread of the air pipe module [2-1] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw air pipe modules [2-1] and [2-2] together and tighten up to the
limit.
■ Coat the male thread of the paint pipe module [2-4] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw paint pipe modules [2-3] and [2-4] together and tighten up to
