5.2. Angle head nozzle (90°)
Assembly
■ Coat external thread of air pipe module [2-1] with Loctite 276.
■ Thread together air tube modules [2-1] and [2-2] all the way and
tighten.
■ Coat external thread of paint tube module [2-4] with Loctite 276.
■ Thread together paint tube modules [2-3] and [2-4] all the way and
tighten.
■ Coat external thread of paint needle module [2-6] with Loctite 276.
■ Thread together paint needle modules [2-5] and [2-6] all the way and
tighten.
■ Thread paint nozzle [2-8] into angle head [2-9] and tighten with univer-
sal wrench.
■ Thread air nozzle [2-7]onto angle head and tighten.
■ Thread angle head onto air tube and tighten.
Attaching to paint spray gun
■ Thread paint tube [2-11] into paint spray gun and tighten with universal
wrench [2-15] .
■ Use adapter [2-13] to thread air tube [2-14] onto paint spray gun and
tighten.
■ Slide paint needle [2-12] into paint spray gun and attach as described
in the paint spray gun operating instructions.
Disassembling the paint spray gun
■ Pull paint needle [2-12] out of paint spray gun as described in the paint
spray gun operating instructions.
■ Unscrew air tube [2-14] from paint spray gun by way of adapter [2-13]
and remove carefully.
■ Use universal wrench [2-15] to unscrew paint tube [2-11] from paint
spray gun and remove carefully.
5.3. Diagonal spray nozzle (30°)
Assembly
■ Coat external thread of air pipe module [3-1] with Loctite 276.
■ Thread together air tube modules [3-1] and [3-2] all the way and
tighten.
■ Coat external thread of paint tube module [3-4] with Loctite 276.
■ Thread together paint tube modules [3-4] and [3-5] all the way and
tighten.
