■ Coat the male thread of the paint needle module [2-6] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw paint needle modules [2-5] and [2-6] together and tighten up to
the limit.
■ Screw fluid tip [2-8] into angular head [2-9] and tighten with universal
spanner.
■ Screw air cap [2-7] onto angular head and tighten.
■ Screw angular head on air pipe and tighten.
Fitting on the spray gun
■ Screw paint pipe [2-11] into spray gun and tighten with universal span-
ner [2-15] .
■ Screw air pipe [2-14] over connection piece [2-13] on spray gun and
tighten.
■ Push paint needle [2-12] into spray gun as described in the operating
instructions for the air gun and mount accordingly.
Removing from the spray gun
■ Pull paint needle [2-12] out of spray gun as described in the operating
instructions for the air gun.
■ Unscrew the air pipe [2-14] over the connecting piece [2-13] of the
spray gun and remove carefully.
■ Unscrew the paint pipe [2-11] from the spray gun using the universal
spanner [2-15] and remove carefully.
5.3. Diagonal spray nozzle (30°)
Assembly
■ Coat the male thread of the air pipe module [3-1] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw air pipe modules [3-1] and [3-2] together and tighten up to the
limit.
■ Coat the male thread of the paint pipe module [3-4] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw paint pipe modules [3-4] and [3-5] together and tighten up to
the limit.
■ Coat the male thread of the paint needle module [3-7] with Loctite 276.
■ Screw paint needle modules [3-6] and [3-7] together and tighten up to
the limit.
Fitting on the spray gun
■ Screw paint pipe [3-8] into spray gun and tighten with universal span-
ner [3-12] .
■ Screw air pipe [3-11] over connection piece [3-10] on spray gun and
