General Description

The frequency adapter converts the frequency signal of a connected
source (electrical device or sensor) into an analog signal and a CAN sig-
nal. A LED lights to indicate the operation of the "Handmeter CAN" port.
A meter connected to the Handmeter Analog or Handmeter CAN port can
then display the converted signal in terms of the physical variable to be
measured e.g. frequency, RPM or flow. The measurement parameters of
the converter can be set via the PC configuration program.
