Connecting the sensor (frequency generator) and meter

Sensors with automatic sensor recognition by the meter
Frequency generators with certain measuring ranges are automatically
recognized by the meter, after you have made any relevant changes to
the settings in the PC configuration program. For such frequency gener-
ators, there is no need to make adjustments to the meter's settings. A list
of these measuring ranges can be seen in Section 4.1.
For information about the settings in the PC configuration tool,
see section 4.4 "Settings that can be made in the PC configura-
tion program".
