PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Figure 1 illustrates the 3M™ DBI-SALA™ Concrete Bolt Anchor. The Concrete Bolt Anchor is a single point anchorage connector
for a personal fall arrest system designed to be attached to a supporting structure. The Concrete Bolt Anchor may also be used
as an end termination for 3M-approved EN795: 2012 Type C Horizontal Lifeline Systems.
Figure 2 illustrates components of the Concrete Bolt Anchor. See Table 1 for Component Specifications. The Concrete Bolt Anchor
is comprised of a Bolt (A) with a Flat Washer (B), D-ring (C) and D-ring Bracket (D), Flanged Spacer (E), Spacer (F), and
Expansion Sleeve (G), as well as a Cone Nut (H) positioned on the Bolt.

The concrete must have a minimum compressive strength of 20.7 MPa (3,000 psi). The
anchorage connector is not intended for use in lightweight concrete, hollow block, brick, grout, or
stone, wood, or other substrate. The concrete base material must be at least 15.9 cm (6.25 in)
thick. Do not install in cracked concrete. See Figure 2 and the table below for hole requirements.
