PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Figure 1 illustrates the 3M™ DBI-SALA® Single Point Anchor. The Single Point Anchor is a fixed-point anchorage connector for a
personal fall protection system designed to be attached to a supporting structure. The Single Point Anchor may be used for fall
arrest, work positioning, or fall restraint purposes. Model 7234109 may also be used for rescue purposes.
Figure 2 illustrates components of the Single Point Anchor. See Table 1 for Component Specifications.

Model 7234109 is rated for one user plus one rescuer per EN 795. Each person must have
a combined weight (clothing, tools, etc.) of no more than 141 kg (310 lbs).
The required Anchorage Strength depends on the application:
Anchorage Structure: The structure to which the Anchorage Connector is mounted must be
capable of sustaining force in the anticipated direction(s) of loading. Each Anchorage Point location
must be capable of sustaining the following values for Fall Arrest applications:

Each Single Point Anchor model is tested in accordance with some variation of the standards listed
