T-Connector
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Open the rear door of the vehicle and remove both the left
(drivers) and right (passenger) tail light housing assemblies.
Locate the tail light harness connectors on the back of the
housings. these connectors will be similar in appearance to
those on the T-Connector harness.

3. Carefully pull back the
left (drivers) side interior trim
panel and open the jack storage
compartment on the right
(passenger) side to reveal the
tail light wiring (fig. 1A). Remove
the threshold trim along the rear
doors (fig. 1B).
Escort/Tracer
3. Carefully pull back the trunk lining on both the left
(drivers) and right (passenger) sides to expose the tail light
wiring harness grommets (fig.
2A). Remove the grommets and
slit each grommet enough to allow
the T-Connector wires to pass
through.
