3. Using gloves, manually form the footplate into the desired form. Allow sufficient
cooling time prior to applying device. Do not attempt to form components against
bare skin.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash soft-good in warm water with mild soap. Air-dry only. Wipe plastic clean
with a damp towel and air dry. Do not machine wash/dry.

STABILITY STRAPPING CONFIGURATIONS
Note: Square hook sticker must be applied to the bottom of the footplate for all
configurations.
1. EZ Stabilizer: (default configuration): The strap initiates from bottom of the footplate
(Fig. S1), wraps up over the inside of the foot, and then around the ankle (Fig. 6).
2. EZ Stabilizer Light: The strap initiates from bottom of the footplate (Fig. S2), wraps
up over the outside of the foot, and then around the ankle (Fig. S3).
3. EZ Stabilizer X: An additional hook sticker must be applied to the inner strut (Fig.
S5). The middle of the strap initiates on the bottom of the footplate (Fig. S4), both
ends cross over the top of the foot (Fig. S5), and wrap around the ankle (Fig. S6).
4. Stabilizer: An additional hook sticker must be applied to the inner strut (Fig. S7). The
strap initiates from inside the inner strut (Fig. S7), wraps around the outside of the
foot, under the footplate (Fig. S8), up across the top of the foot, and then around the
ankle (Fig. S9). For this configuration, the brace cannot remain in the shoe for quick
reapplication.
5. Stabilizer Plus: An additional hook sticker must be applied to the outer strut (Fig.
S10).The strap initiates from inside the outer strut (Fig. S10), wraps around the
outside of the foot, under the footplate (Fig. S11), up across the top of the foot, and
then around the ankle
(Fig. S12). For this configuration, the brace cannot remain in the shoe for quick
reapplication.
