Part 2: For the operator
2.1.i Break Tank System - HD/LB "BT"
The "Break tank BT" system for professional washing ma-
chines
assures steady temperature and pressure during the rinse
phase.
A rinse booster pump placed after the boiler
assures the rinse, for the whole duration of the phase, at con-
stant pressure and temperature.
At the end of the cycle the boiler is newly filled.
Benefits of the BREAK TANK SYSTEM:
1. rinsing at constant pressure and temperature
2. washing cycle in absence of water
3. the machine is totally independent from the water supply,
thus furthermore preventing any contamination of the water
in the mains due to backflows from the machine.
2.1.l Heat pump "HP2-HP3"
The heat pump is a device which is able to transfer heat
from a body with lower temperature
to another with higher temperature, thus allowing a signifi-
cant higher quantity of the electrical
energy that drives the heat pump to be returned for water
heating and cooling down the working environment:
Through this process (compression, condensation, expan-
sion and evaporation) the heat pump recovers the latent heat
produced by the dishwasher during its operation, preventing
the release of the steam through the doors at the end of the
cycle and reducing electric consumption.
RESULTS
1.About energy reduction in heating the water in the tank and
keeping it a steady temperature
(no more need for a heating element in the tank).
2.Air emission at an average temperature very cold.
3. No steam while opening the door.
4. Reduction in the humidity into the room.
5.Air-co effect since the functioning of the heat pump pro-
longs over the cycle.
2.1.l VACUUM STEAM THROUGH RCC
The last phase of the washing cycle is the phase of extraction
of vapors from the tank, through the module RCC.
During this phase, the vapors and fumes present inside the
tank are sucked by the fan, allowing a pre-heating the water
circulating inside the battery module RCC.
The suction phase ends automatically after the preset time.
