sun and with its cable end hanged in the air (avoiding the contact against any surface or material).
8. INSTALLATION
8.1 Recommendations and Warnings
The purpose of the solar unit is to employ the energy provided by the sun for DHW heating.
Depending on regulations in each country, installers must connect units to an auxiliary system that
supplies the energy in the event of a production shortfalls in the photovoltaic system. Although the
DHW consumption for single-family houses is established by each country's regulations, litres/person
used per day, family customs and rational consumption are of great importance. This relates not only
to water savings but also to auxiliary energy consumption of boilers, etc.
The temperature in the system-integrated water tank can vary depending on use and climatic
conditions and other factors, and can reach up to up to 75° C.
If the system is not in use, the accumulator must be kept full and the inlet
valve open. When the accumulator is empty, the system should be covered by
a tarpaulin or an opaque and secure material.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for damage resulting from inappropriate use for which
the appliance is not intended. All risks in such cases shall be borne entirely by the user.
The intended use also includes complying with the operating instructions, those in the installation
manual and all accompanying documents, as well as properly installing the unit and complying with
local regulations and the maintenance standards.
The OKSOL system must be assembled by an authorized installer. All components of the solar system
are contained within the packaging.
