Fixations of the collector made according the instructions
Roof correctly covered after the fixations have been made
according the instructions
Roof correctly covered after the flanges have been fixed
according the instructions
Roof has not been damaged
The eventual protection of the collectors has been removed
Draining pipes are correctly placed
Draining pipe is correctly installed in the water inlet, and
connected to drainage
Mixing valve has been installed, and its temperature set-up and
checked
Commissioning (start-up)
Tightness of the gaskets has been checked in the flow valves,
metal connectors and draining filling valves
Collector´s temperature measures are realistics
Solar pump works
Hydraulic scheme is correctly selected
Solar circuit and storage tank are heated. The user has been
basically teached in following aspects
Working instructions
Delivery of documents, including drawings of specific installations
Maintenance intervals

14. MAINTENANCE

Without prejudice to maintenance operations stemming from other regulations, two complementary steps
to cover all operations necessary during the life of the installation to ensure operation, increase reliability and
prolong the life of the installation are set out as follows:
Monitoring plan
The plan and monitoring basically refer to operations to ensure that the operational values of the
installation are at the proper levels. It is a simple monitoring plan for the main functional parameters
intended to verify proper operation of the unit.
