TROUBLE SHOOTING
The PROGRAMIX 25- 50-100 furnace are remarkably reliable. However, despite all the care taken in
producing it, a failure is always possible, as with any other piece of equipment.
IF THE FURNACE DOES NOT HEAT
- The main display shows "dF sond" (thermocouple failure)
Replace the pyrometer as described (see the following page)
- The indicator stays lit continuously, but there is no temperature rise.
►Remove the lower rear panel and check resistance at the muffle with a multi-meter.
PROGRAMIX 25
PROGRAMIX 50
PROGRAMIX 100
- If the resistor is damaged
►Replace the muffle as described (see the following page).
THE FURNACE CONTINUES TO HEAT BEYOND PROGRAMMED LIMITS
►Replace the TRIAC located on the rear panel.
