Pellets are not being fed into the
combustion chamber.
The fire goes out or the appliance
stops automatically.
The product works for a few minutes
and then switches off.
Pellets accumulate in the brazier, the
glass of the door gets dirty and the
flame is weak.
The smoke evacuation motor does
not work.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The pellet hopper is empty
Sawdust has blocked the feed screw
Faulty gear motor
Faulty electronic board
The pellet hopper is empty
The pellets are not fed
The pellet temperature safety probe
has been triggered
The door is not closed properly or the
gaskets are worn
Unsuitable pellets
Low pellet supply
The combustion chamber is dirty
Clogged outlet
Faulty smoke extraction motor
Pressure switch faulty or defective
Start-up phase is not completed
Temporary power cut
Clogged smoke duct
Faulty or malfunctioning temperature
probes
Faulty spark plug
Insufficient combustion air.
Damp or unsuitable pellets.
Faulty smoke evacuation motor.
No electrical supply to the stove.
The motor is faulty.
Defective motherboard.
Control panel broken.
SOLUTIONS
Fill the hopper with pellets.
Empty the hopper and remove the
sawdust from the feed screw by
hand.
Replace the gear motor.
Replace the circuit board.
Fill the hopper with pellets.
See the previous anomaly.
Let the product cool down, restore
the thermostat until the problem is
resolved and switch the product
back on. If the problem persists
contact Technical Assistance.
Close the door and replace the
gaskets with original ones.
Change the type of pellets with
those recommended by the
manufacturer.
Have the fuel flow checked following
the booklet instructions.
Clean the combustion chamber,
following the booklet instructions.
Clean the smoke duct.
Check the motor and replace it, if
necessary.
Replace the pressure switch.
Repeat start-up.
Wait for the automatic restart.
Clean the smoke duct.
Check and replace the probes.
Check the spark plug and replace it,
if necessary.
Clean the brazier and check that
all the holes are clear. Perform a
general cleaning of the combustion
chamber and the smoke duct.
Check that the air inlet is not
obstructed.
Change the type of pellets.
Check the motor and replace it, if
necessary.
Check the mains voltage and the
protection fuse.
Check the motor and capacitor and
replace them, if necessary.
Replace the electronic board.
Replace the control panel.
