LISTENING TO THE RADIO
Storing a station
Select a radio station by using one of
the modes described above.
Press one of the buttons on keypad 4
until a beep confirms that the station
has been correctly stored.
Six stations per bandwidth can be
stored.
Recalling a station
To access the stored stations, press
one of the keypad buttons 4 directly (re-
gardless of the tuner configuration), or
select PRESET mode then press 2
(<< / >>) or use the control knob 13.
Tuning an FM radio station
(AF-RDS)
The frequency of an FM radio station
may change depending on the geo-
graphical area. In order to keep listen-
ing to the same radio station when driv-
ing, activate the AF-RDS function so
that your audio system can automati-
cally retune the frequency.

Note: not all radio stations offer this
possibility.
Poor reception can sometimes cause
erratic and annoying changes in fre-
quency. In this case you should deacti-
vate the automatic frequency retuning.

Traffic information (i TRAFIC)
When this function is activated, your
audio system makes it possible to au-
tomatically search for and listen to traf-
fic information when they are broadcast
from certain FM radio stations.
Press 8 to activate or deactivate this
function.
Once the function is activated, select
the news station then choose if you re-
quire another playback source.

Traffic news will be broadcast automati-
cally and will interrupt whatever source
you are listening to at that time (except
LW/MW).
Press 8 to interrupt the traffic news at
any time.

Changing the country
This setting allows you to configure the
tuner according to your geographical
area.
Press and hold 6 then press and
hold 7.
Select the continent using 2 or 13
then wait for the tuner configuration to
change. The audio system will auto-
matically return to the radio.
