uSING A CD CHANGER (depending on equipment)

Conditions of use

The CD changer is compatible with
standard format audio CDs and audio
CD-Rs. Do not insert CD-RW, blank
CDs or any format other than 12 cm.
Insert the CD with the printed side
facing upwards. If wrongly inserted, the
CD will be ejected automatically and
the message CD ERROR will be dis-
played.
Never try to insert a CD while the dis-
play reads WAIT. There is a risk that the
CD changer may be damaged.
When a CD is inserted, ensure that it is
not forced in and that there is nothing
in the way. There is a risk that the CD
changer may be damaged.

Changer on the dashboard
The audio system output will be cut
off during all the operations described
below.
Press E. The display reads SELECT.
Press the button corresponding to the
number of the disc to be inserted or
ejected.
An indicator light located above each
button D numbered from 1 to 6 indi-
cates that there is a CD inserted.

The display reads WAIT and the indi-
cator light for the disc selected flashes

while the CD changer magazine is
being positioned.
When the CD changer is ready, the dis-
play reads INSERT and warning lights
flash on each side of the slot.
Press one of the buttons D to listen to
the CD of your choice. Playback starts
with track no. 1.

Briefly press repeatedly on A or C to
skip to the next or previous track.
Random playback
Press and hold changer button 6 to ac-
tivate random playback mode.
The function is deactivated by pressing
and holding the button a second time.
