Voice Activation function
In Baby Monitor mode, the parent
unit can operate in continuous trans-
mission mode or in voice activation
mode. The Voice Activation function
is activated from the internal par-
ent unit menu. When the intensity
of the sounds detected by the micro-
phone (6) on the child unit exceeds
the threshold for voice activation set
by the manufacturer, the image of
the child is shown in real time on the
display (4) and the loudspeaker (6)
on the parent unit is activated. In the
presence of sounds with intensity lev-
els below this threshold, the display
(4) stops displaying the image of the
child and the speaker (6) is turned off.
When this function is set, the
icon is shown on the display. For details
about activation, see paragraph 3.2.1.
Photo Capture and Photo Gallery

Using the Capture Photo function, you
can save the best pictures of the child

image captured by the video camera
and shown on the display, press the
Capture Photo button (15): the
icon will appear on the display (4) for
a few seconds. If there is no space in
the memory on the parent unit, the
display (4) will show the message
'FULL MEMORY' and the photo will
not be saved.
