Automatic 100%:
The moving blade closes and reopens automatically by slightly pressing the trigger using 100% of the available stroke.
This mode allows you to operate at high-speed. We recommend using this mode only after you are fully acquainted with
the tool.
Automatic 70%:
The moving blade closes and reopens automatically by slightly pressing the trigger using 70% of the available stroke. The
moving blade can be opened 100% by quickly pressing the trigger. This way the shear performs a single cut at maximum
opening and then goes back to this operating mode.
Automatic 40%:
The moving blade closes and reopens automatically by slightly pressing the trigger using 40% of the available stroke. The
moving blade can be opened 100% by quickly pressing the trigger. This way the shear performs a single cut at maximum
opening and then goes back to this operating mode.
Proportional:
The operator can control movement of the moving blade at will. The moving blade moves or stops according to movement
of the finger on the trigger.
Settings Menu:
You may enter the settings menu from the main menu by keeping the selector key pressed for over 2 seconds.
There is some information available in the settings menu regarding status of the shear (temperature, number of cuts and
clamping) and overlapping of the closing blades can also be adjusted. The different items can be scrolled in sequence by
quickly pressing the selector key. All information is viewed on the display.
Temperature.
This indicates the temperature of the shear in centigrade degrees. Read only value.
Partial cuts
This displays the number of partial cuts carried out since the last reset.
The counter is reset by keeping the trigger pressed for over 4 seconds.
Total cuts:
This displays the number of total cuts carried out by the shear.
The value cannot be modified.
Angle:
Moving blade closing adjustment: allows you to achieve ideal closing of the moving blade by means of 5 default positions
indicated on the display with the letter d = followed by a number from 0 to 5. The displayed value increases by one step
by keeping the trigger pressed for over 4 seconds. Using the trigger, the blade normally opens and closes with the auto
100% function. At each step, it is recommended to check the closure. To maintain the adjustment obtained, exit the menu
without pressing the trigger.
